Then we must type in a name as a File Name for our Document. First, we must select the Location where we want the File to be Saved. The Save As dialog box appears as shown below. We select the File tab in order to move to Backstage View and then from the drop-down menu we select the Save As category. We must start the procedure to Save our actual File. Thankfully, we can generate Thumbnails of Microsoft Word Documents and Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets in order to have a glimpse of what these Files actually contain. The only thing that we see is a Preview of a Word Document or an Excel Spreadsheet. Of course, we have named them, but we need to get a quick idea of what these Files actually contain.
